Hum Sah Meditation
Here is an easy meditation to help you calm your mind, body and spirit during the heat of summer. You can do this meditation for 3 minutes or more daily and you will see a difference in your mood.
Sit straight with eyes closed. Imagine a sphere of violet light between the eyebrows. As you inhale think Hum as you exhale think Sah. Breath as slowly (and comfortably) as possible. If the mind wanders bring it back to the point of light. Check periodically to see if the breath is as slow as it can comfortably be.
