CANCELLATION POLICY:

no shows / no calls will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

we ask that in the event that you need to cancel, you please do so within 48 hours of your scheduled service time or you will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.

FACILITIES:

the facility of your service will be determined based on the treatment you choose.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

upon arrival for your first service, please discuss any ailments or medical concerns you may have with us.
