Flower Essence of the Month ~ ECHINACEA
Flower essences are liquid extracts used to address profound issues of emotional well-being, soul development, and mind-body health. They are part of an emerging field of subtle energy medicine, which also includes homeopathy, acupuncture, color therapy, therapeutic touch and similar modalities.
The flower essence for the month is Echinacea, which helps strengthen the immune system. It also stimulates and awakens your consciousness.
Crystal of the Month ~ copper spheres
This month’s crystal spotlight for March is Copper Spheres. These help bring the body into balance. Copper can also assist with restoring energy flow and circulation especially if you have been feeling lethargic or restless. This is perfect to work with as we start shedding the energy of winter!
Energetic & Focus Pose ~ the Runner’s lunge
The Energetic and Focus Pose for March is the Runner’s Lunge. This is a great pose to help open up the hip flexors, hamstrings, and inner thighs.

Yvonne and Sarah are back for Level 2 Reiki Training the powerful weekend of the Solar Eclipse on April 6th and & 7th, starting at 10 am on both days. The cost of this training is $555 and you can Zelle Yvonne directly at 650-743-9529. You must have completed Level 1 Reiki Training previously with Yvonne to be eligible to join this training.
